Finance and Accounting Coordinator

PT. ProVisi Mandiri Pratama, an education consultant dedicated to elevating education in Indonesia, is looking for a Finance and Accounting Coordinator.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Manage daily operations within the finance and accounting department.
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as required.
  • Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and check requests, maintaining compliance and accurate adjustments of advances.
  • Review transaction documents and receipts for completeness and authenticity, recording them according to the specified accounting template.
  • Support the Finance and Accounting Officer in transaction preparation to guarantee accurate financial statements.
  • Analyze monthly financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting Consultant to deliver insightful financial reports and strategic advice to management.
  • Review and finalize monthly reports from Implementing Partners, Vendors, and team members, ensuring alignment with the Client-ProVisi Agreement.
  • Perform monthly/quarterly reconciliations for all balance sheet and income statement accounts as per the schedule.
  • Develop and oversee annual and multi-year budgets, incorporating periodic forecasts.
  • Liaise with banks for transaction processing and ensure database updates.
  • Manage records for outstanding and receivable accounts with vendors and customers.
  • Implement system and procedure improvements and corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist in preparing audit documentation annually with the Finance and Accounting Consultant.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Management required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting processes.
  • Proficient in taxation.
  • Experienced with MS Office and Integrated Accounting Systems (e.g., ACCURATE).
  • Prior experience in small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in English.
