Roles and Responsibility
As our Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales efforts, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our online and offline distribution channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth across multiple sales channels.
- Engage with customers, responding to inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate, compelling, and optimized product listings for maximum visibility.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Stay compliant with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Monitor and coordinate inventory to ensure products are available and orders are fulfilled smoothly.
- Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Conduct market research to keep up with industry trends and competitors.
- Track sales performance and present reports with insights to help improve strategies.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Sales Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the publishing industry.
- Strong understanding of marketplace platform policies, tools, and listing management (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with sales reporting tools or CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends, and apply insights to improve performance.
- Experience with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
