ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase visibility and identify new market opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to companies, NGOs, universities, and other potential clients. Present our products and services to the key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Relationship Building and Networking: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Attend meetings/events to network with potential partners.
- Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive and customized proposals in response to client requirements and response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education quality improvement and related fields.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including program managers, coordinators, and consultants, to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales and marketing activities, generate reports, and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for education development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop innovative solutions. Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
- Ability to articulate ideas, prepare written materials, and deliver presentations professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent networking skills and have extensive networks to corporates, NGOs, foundations, and governments. Having networking with universities is a plus point.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, communications, public relations, sales, marketing, or related field, preferably within the education sector.
- Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
