Development and Communications Specialist

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase visibility and identify new market opportunities.
  2. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to companies, NGOs, universities, and other potential clients. Present our products and services to the key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  3. Relationship Building and Networking: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Attend meetings/events to network with potential partners.
  4. Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive and customized proposals in response to client requirements and response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education quality improvement and related fields.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including program managers, coordinators, and consultants, to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales and marketing activities, generate reports, and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for education development.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop innovative solutions. Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
  3. Ability to articulate ideas, prepare written materials, and deliver presentations professionally.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  5. Excellent networking skills and have extensive networks to corporates, NGOs, foundations, and governments. Having networking with universities is a plus point.
  6. Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  7. Ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
  8. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, communications, public relations, sales, marketing, or related field, preferably within the education sector.
  9. Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
